How to request deletion

Accounts in ReportSetuare created by your organisation’s administrator, so deletion is handled as a request rather than a self-serve button. You can either ask your administrator to remove your account, or email us directly:

Email a deletion request

Send it from the address you use to sign in, or include that address, so we can verify the request. We respond within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in credentials and your ability to access the app.
• Your profile: name, email address, and phone number.
• Your site assignments.

What is retained, and why

Reports you submitted are notdeleted. They are your organisation’s operational and contractual record of equipment uptime, may be relied on in maintenance-contract disputes, and belong to the organisation rather than to an individual account. On deletion your name is detached from your profile, but historic reports remain attributed so the record stays intact and auditable.

If you need reports themselves removed, that decision rests with your organisation’s administrator, who controls that data. We will act on their instruction.
