Who uses this app

ReportSetuis a workforce reporting tool supplied to organisations (“customers”). Accounts are created and managed by the customer’s own administrator, not by public sign-up. If you use this app, your employer or contracting organisation is the controller of your data and Behsaz processes it on their behalf.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, and optionally a phone number, entered by your administrator.
• Reports you submit— the equipment status you record, the reason selected, any note you add, and the exact message text generated for your team’s group chat.
• Photos you attach — images captured with your device camera. Each is watermarked with the site name, the date and time, and your name so it can be attributed.
• Timestamps — when an event occurred and when it was entered, which may differ if you recorded it offline.

We do not collect device location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or analytics on your behaviour, and we do not use your data for advertising or sell it to anyone.

Why we collect it

Reports and photos form the operational and contractual record of equipment uptime at your site. They are used to produce uptime, downtime attribution, incident, and shift compliance reports for your organisation, and may be relied on in maintenance-contract disputes. Your name is attached to reports you submit so that record is attributable.

Where it is stored

Data is held in a managed Postgres database and private file storage operated by Supabase, hosted in the India (Mumbai) region. Photos are kept in a private bucket and are only reachable through short-lived signed links. Each customer’s data is isolated at the database level so one organisation cannot read another’s.

How long it is kept

Submitted reports are retained for as long as your organisation’s agreement requires, because they are the evidentiary record of site performance. Reports are never edited after submission; corrections are recorded as separate entries that preserve the original values.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask for your account to be deleted. See Account & data deletion for how deletion works and what is retained.
